Had worst experience in this Salon.. did protein and hair treatment and paid 765aed.. My scalp is burnt and I cannot even comb my hair because of the pain... And the hair color is different from what I asked... Totally ruined my hair.. When talking to the owner Babita about the complaint... She apologized surely but what about fixing the issue . We asked for refund as we were travelling... She said u can go to police or do anything but we will not refund.. Later she added if you don't have money don't come to me and ask for refund.. what a pathetic service and customer service.. And the way they reply is worst .. She even gave me an example and said if someone dies in road accident who will give you money... It's same like here.. And it is not about the money but the way they deal with the complaint with pathetic example is really sad... I have never felt so disappointed in someone.. Please avoid going to this Salon.. the staffs and the owner are all irresponsible and dont know how to talk..if something goes wrong they will not take responsibility.. Stay away guys..
