The worst real estate I have ever come across. The employees and the management are all illiterates and don’t know anything about customer service. I am sure the owner of this company is incapable to handle real estate business, someone who doesn’t possess any knowledge how things work. I recently moved to one of their apartments and I was welcomed with faulty AC, torn window net, greasy and broken kitchen cabinet's and floor, washroom was full of pan rubbish and the corners were all damaged with no repair, door lock was broken, all the doors were damaged. I will recommend everyone who is reading this comment, please spend 1k or 2k more and find faaar better properties who knows what real estate business is and treat tenants atleast like humans.

Pathetic!!! ROULA AND THE TEAM are inhuman. As many of the other people who have commented below, Royal Elite real state is the worst real estate I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, Royal Elite took over our building from the previous real estate and from that day no proper maintenance is done. There was a fire that took place 2 months ago and until today we do not have AC and they are not botherd about it. In this extream heat these days we have been suffering with my small kids for almost 2 months. Maintenance supervisor Faisal is useless and does not know how to serve his customers. On top of that Rola the Manager is abusing the tenants and this Hitler lady does not even know the meaning of customer service. Many people come to their office go back cursing them as they are not trying to help tenants at all. ROYAL ELITE IS THE MOST USELESS REAL ESTATE IN SHARJAH. DO NOT TAKE ANY PROPERTY UNDER ROYAL REAL ESTATE. THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NO SERVICE AFTER THAT.
