I regret to say that my experience at the Sharjah branch of Korea Auto Parts was very disappointing. The employee, Masoud, repeatedly treated me rudely and disrespectfully. On multiple occasions, he gave me incorrect spare parts, and when I raised the issue, he made excuses and avoided accountability. Even when I went to buy engine oil, he apologized that the cashier took the payment machine and left, and I was left waiting for an hour with no support. I do not recommend this branch. There are better options like Arwani or Seoul, where the customer service is professional, and you interact with a courteous team, not an unwell individual. I hope the manager or owner will review this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps."
