Very bad experience and bad behaviour they have experience on how to handle and speak the cash counter and customer service I ask for cash change for 100 AED to give me two 50 but they say no and cashier the 1st counter female show me figure and shake head when I ask to customer service they are laughing today is happened with me around 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm 10/12/2024 today happened with me tomorrow they will do with some other person please kindly request please take action you can check your CCTV I was wearing yellow t-shirt and white short I told to cashier and customer service I will complain they didn't take it serious today was my 1st and my last when I enter your mall i will never ever this place your management never give training to all female staff because I see any man there

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Al Madina Shopping Center that left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction and honesty. During my visit, I purchased fish that was advertised at 20 AED per kg. However, when I received the bill, I was shocked to see that I had been charged 32 AED per kg instead. Confused by this discrepancy, I called their customer service to inquire about the issue. What followed was a frustrating and humiliating encounter that no customer should ever have to endure. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the customer service representative questioned my education and implied that I lacked common sense. This condescending attitude was infuriating, especially when they eventually confessed that the error was due to their communication mistake. Rather than apologizing sincerely and correcting the overcharge, they arrogantly suggested that it was my responsibility to have enough common sense to notice and rectify their mistake. This experience has made it abundantly clear that Al Madina Shopping Center has zero regard for customer satisfaction. Their unprofessionalism and blatant dishonesty are unacceptable. Cheating customers and then belittling them for pointing out mistakes is a terrible way to conduct business. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping at Al Madina to think twice and be vigilant about checking their bills. Al Madina Shopping Center needs to take serious steps to improve their customer service and ensure that such incidents do not happen again. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values honesty and respectful treatment.
