I had an unfortunate experience with Dayjour that I find to be untrustworthy. I placed an order for shampoo and conditioner with a total cost of 359 AED. Prior to placing the order, I called their customer service to inquire if it would be possible to receive the order the following day as I was scheduled to travel after that. They assured me that the delivery would be made the next day. However, on the day of the scheduled delivery, I called the company again to inquire about the estimated time of arrival and they assured me that the order would be delivered before 9:00 pm. I then asked for the contact details of the delivery driver as I had a gut feeling that something was not right. Although they assumed that I would receive my order that day, the entire day passed by and my order never arrived. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and I strongly advise against making purchases from this company. Their customer service was lacking and it seems that their main focus is on money rather than providing satisfactory service. If they can treat their customers poorly over a relatively small amount like 359 AED, it raises concerns about how they would handle larger transactions!!!
