I had a terrible experience with Al Najat Auto Maintenance. I took my car there for a gearbox repair, and the service was extremely disappointing. Despite paying upfront, the issue was not resolved. When I returned to have it fixed, they kept my car for days, without completing the job, and were incredibly unprofessional.
Moreover, the owner was unreachable and unresponsive to my calls. To make matters worse, I suspect that they are employing workers illegally, which raises serious concerns about their business practices and the safety of their operations.
I strongly advise avoiding Al Najat Auto Maintenance. Their service is unreliable, their business practices are questionable, and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and take your car to a more reputable workshop.
