During our visit on Sharjah City Centre after a long walk, we decided to grab a lunch in McDonald but after we saw the Chickboy my husband decided to eat there, While he ordering his food he encountered a staff members indian lady wearing hijjab whose behavior was highly unprofessional and unwelcoming. She even asked my husband “is this your first time here?” because my husband had no idea if the food in menu is unli rice. Like what the heck is her problem. As a paying customer, I believe that every guest deserves to be treated with kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel uncomfortable and unappreciated.I am bringing this to your attention not to cause trouble but in the hope that you will address the situation appropriately. Staff members represent your brand, and their attitude can either attract or drive away customers. When we went there, only few customer are there and it’s not busy unlike McDonalds but they have more good customer service. And lastly as a first timer the rice that was served to him was noticeably undercooked. It was hard, dry, and unpleasant to eat, which affected the overall quality of his meal. I was disappointed because I expected a better dining experience, especially since Chickboy Inasal is known for serving hearty and satisfying Filipino meals.
I sincerely hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve customer service. Thank you for taking the time to read my concern.
