This is formal complain about the ongoing issues with the maintenance service in my flat # 106 Hathab Building Al Majaz 1 Sharjah Despite multiple requests, the maintenance staff have consistently failed to address and fix the reported problems. The required repairs are either ignored, delayed without explanation, or not completed properly. This lack of response and follow-through does not meet the standard of service expected by a tenant. As a tenant, I am entitled to a properly maintained and safe living environment, and the repeated failure to carry out necessary maintenance is causing inconvenience and frustration. I have followed the correct procedure in submitting requests, yet no effective action has been taken. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and that the outstanding issues be fixed as soon as possible. Please also ensure that future maintenance requests are handled promptly and in accordance with the agreed service standards

hello, iam the tenant of old fathima building al shuwiehan , the awtad real estate sharjah made us felt like we livin in hell, imagine june, july and august 2025 summer season and the A.C of our house was not working properly at these 3 months, we had to buy a portable air cooler to fix in every room to feel the cold and their maintenaince is 0 whenever you call them or message them for maintenanince either they wont reply your message or they wont answer your calls at all.. all the maintenaince of the house i have done by other handyman people from outside even the A.C 4 times i booked the workers from outzone to fix the problem,, i have took some pictures which i really want to share with those new upcoming tenants so that they cane beaware with this real estate agency i strongly suggest new tenants to go other agency!! due to their neglegance the walls of the house has been caught by mold and it looks very dirty i really cant even invite a guest to visit, iam really dissapointed with this agency !!!
