This laundry shop is an absolute disaster. We sent clothes for ironing, including a brand-new, unworn dress, and they somehow managed to lose it. For two weeks, we waited, followed up politely, and gave them every chance to fix their mistake. Instead, the man at the reception was shockingly rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. When my sister asked for an update, he responded with, “What will we do if it’s missing?”—as if losing a customer’s brand-new item is no big deal. He even kept showing random clothes, acting like we’re clueless and can’t recognize our own dress. Honestly, I don’t know how someone with that attitude thinks he can successfully run a business. Treating customers with disrespect, sarcasm, and zero accountability is a guaranteed way to lose them. In the end, they refused to take responsibility, insisted they returned everything, and didn’t even bother to apologize. Terrible service, terrible attitude, and a complete lack of professionalism. Never coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointing experience with Noor Al Sherouq Laundry in Ganda Tower, Al Nahda, Sharjah. We sent several items just for ironing, including one very new, unworn dress. When they delivered back the laundry, that dress was missing. I have been extremely patient and polite for two weeks, giving them time to locate it. But instead of taking responsibility, the staff—especially the guy at the reception—was rude and unhelpful. When my sister went to follow up, he answered with attitude saying, “What will we do if it is missing?” As if losing a customer’s item is normal. He kept showing random long-sleeve tops and pants, as if we wouldn’t know our own clothes. In the end, they just insisted they had returned everything, with no apology, no solution, and zero accountability. Never again. I do NOT recommend this laundry. If you value your clothes and your time, avoid this place.
