Absolutely unprofessional and deceitful service. Before making the payment, they promised one thing, but after paying more than half, their actions were completely different. Due to their incompetence, I incurred a fine, which I had to pay out of my own pocket. Now, they are demanding more fines, and when I questioned the clear discrepancy between what they agreed to and what they actually provided, they started blaming me instead. The worst part? When I mentioned filing a complaint, a staff member had the audacity to tell me to get my ID and stamping from the police. This level of irresponsibility and lack of accountability is shocking. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to be scammed and threatened instead of receiving proper service.
