Today(05-03-2025), we decided to try a new restaurant with a new flavor. After searching for a good charcoal dish, we found Food City Restaurant, which had good reviews for its Peri Peri Chicken Charcoal. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The dish was nothing like what we expected. Instead of perfectly grilled, flavorful chicken, we got something that lived up to the “charcoal” name in the worst way possible completely burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The meat was undercooked and barely edible. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. One star only because I have to give a rating to post this review.
