We have a very bad experience as now we have completed 4 months in the building but no maintenance work is done by the company.. They are promising.. maintenance guys are visiting again and again but no work even started.. Very badly managed company, no access to the owner only manager is there who is whole and sole. But no response to our queries.. phone call.. mail etc
