Very Pathetic services!!! We booked 5 tickets from them to india few days back. 3 tickets for 16th may and 2 for 26th may. During these covid times unfortunately spicejet cancelled all flights from uae to india. These ppl didn't even informed us about the same and when we went to book ticket again as they told before that if there will be any cancellation they will refund money or book ticket. First they refused to give money then we told them to book another ticket n they were like we cant rebook ticket until we get refund from SpiceJet. It was all non sense to hear, then they were saying u ppl can go on 1st june but our visas were expiring on 20th may.They troubled us alot. On 15th may Till 1 am we were sitting at their shop to book ticket agn.N it was finalized that according to refund if there will b plus minus we will pay or they will pay. N for trust purpose my husband said keep my Emirates ID . Acc to me This was a big thing to gv EID.On 16th night my family had to board flight at midnight my husband and i was in office whole day, we came home then we went to see off my family to catch airbus . At 11PM we reached home, then the lady from the office called n talked very rude that you have to pay 70 dhm , come now to pay. We said we will come in morning n pay. Then she was threatening us that she is going to cancel my family's ticket, she said i am sitting on computer,i am going to cancel. They ppl threatened us.Then in hurry we left from home to pay just 70 dhm. I was driving n they were calling my husband cntnsly dt come right now, my husband said we are on the way, it will take 10 min , then she was like-fly ur car , my husband said we have to maintain speed limit also,u want us to accident our car , she said yaa. Accident krk ao kase b ao. That lady n uncle both are rude,dont know how to talk, no ethics.I strongly recommend not to go on their shop to book ticket.They are doing mistakes themselves, lying, not cooperating n threatening customers in return.
