had send a cargo for my 3 months old baby that consisted of clothing and other essentials. The shipment was sent on the 13/06/2020 from Dubai to India through Prime Express International Cargo. Prior to sending the shipment, they had given me several reassurances that the cargo would be delivered within 20-25 days. But it's been over 50 days now and i'm still to receive a satisfactory reply from them. Prior to sending the cargo through them, i'd repeatedly asked them whether the shipment would be delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 related travel issues. However, they were made several reassurances that my cargo would not be affected by this situation. The cargo that i'd send contained clothing and other essential for my newborn baby. Since it's been over 50 days now, those have literally become useless. In fact, they are asking for another 20-25 days to deliver the shipment. I'm highly disappointed in the way in which they've made false promises, handled customer service, and also for taking advantage for such a delicate situation.
