Worst staff ever !!i just haven’t seen someone who is so unprofessional as staff member I have had to deal wz this morning .I had 3 items to be delivered to my hotel already paid I only received 2.I had an early flight had to run to the store as preganat and with my 1yr baby.spend two hours fighting with staff member who took ages to do my refund then ages to claim a new VAT .all what he says sorry madame !!!!i don’t know what is this .they should be more trained know when they have done something wrong how to try and make things better I was going to miss my flight because of him .Go to the one in mall of Dubai see the difference in how staff deal with their customers .well trained and professional.never again to this store .
