Totally ruin my negatives! Developing ended with chemical spots, all negatives in fingerprints. Store processed negs tightly rolled and disformed. Extremly low quality of scans. I don't know why they crop scans which destroy my composition in frames. Avoid this place to save your photos!!

I was expecting for the soft copy of my photo as I've given them my email address but when I reached home I'm so disappointed it wasn't sent at all. I don't have the time all day to go back on their shop just to tell them I need it on my email. They are more focus on the cats than the costumer. 👎👎👎👎👎

went there to get my photos to apply for airlines, turned out the gap between my legs look very weird ,one leg looked so not natural and crooked so i emailed to ask if they can do anytjing but no reply, then i went back to the shop the next day and explained that these photos are important for job apllying purpose and asked the philipino girl who took the photos if she can do anything and she replied IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR LEGS and she laughed......i was speechless n i insisted that she has to do something about it so she did the photoshop again and it looks so much better.. not to mention the attitude during the conversation like she was annoyed and over the phone when i called to have them send the pictures through email....she needs a customer service training or at least education may be...and FYI It has absolutely to do with the legs when it comes to cabin crew job as the skirt uniform length is around the knees. her answer is the best joke ever.
