Bought a cell phone and it was not downloading playstore, Whatsapp etc... they refused to change the phone or give me a refund. Stay away from this store!! They also lied and said the pgine was damaged. Which it was not... they made every excuse not to help. I am from South Africa and this phone was a gift... 2 weeks later my parents visited Dubai... they made my parents wait over 1hr 45mins just to be helped. Do not waste your time and money at this store.

Came here to change iPhone screen. They told me it’s original but it’s not because Touch ID stopped working and button features of double top to make the top of screen move down stopped working, and that only happens when it’s a fake screen (source: Apple discussion forums). Don’t trust these people.
