Even one star is a lot for them. They sold bread with mold. One day before the cost of the bread was 5 dirham. Next day the cost of the same bread increased to 6,5 dirham. The seller rejected to offer a new bread with the previous price of 5 dirham. However, it was their fault that they sold this bread. Therefore, I took my 5 dirham instead. They even asked me: you don’t have money to pay? that was rude. The problem is not in money, but in my own principles. They could offer a new bread instead for the same price as yesterday they sold it for another price.
