Air india express has failed to maintain it own websites where customers can purchase there additional luggage is not available, and visiting the office arabian travel nearby salahuddin metro has asked me to pay AED.115 for 5kg luggage inclusive of walkin charges to the office as well which is worst and in india its just Rs.1800, Air India express customer support will always fails and gives surprise to there customers with zero support
