The slowest service ever. If you need to reach customer services, be ready to spend 2 hours at least. From 8 counter working maximum 3. Always disappointing.

Very bad service.. The staff are not very sure about why they have been appointed .. They play a blame game on other staff by not doing the job properly.. Went to the bank to update my mobile number as i was not able to do it throught the machine .. Submited the request on Jan 14th to a lady staff there.. Since no action was taken went back again on Jan 19.. Came to know that my account has been suspended as i had not submitted my renewed visa.. Again submitted all the documents and they informed me that it will take 10 working days for both document update and mobile update.. On feb 5th called again as no action was taken.. They informed me that documents have been updated but account suspension has not been withdrawn, which should be done by them.. When i asked the reason they did not give me any and just blaned anothe staff saying he should have done it and did not do.. MY FRIEND.. THATS YOUR PROBLEM AND ITS YOUR JOB TO DO.. anyways again was told that will have to wait around 4 working days more just to withdraw the suspension and then have to go back again to uodate the number. Went to ADCB for the same reason and within 30 minutes the number was updated. Emirates islamic also charges aed 3 for messages every month and does not send sms properly. I hope they understand that other people also have job. So overall experience was horrible

اسوأ تعامل وأسوأ خدمه وأسوأ استشارة. في برشا مول..بعد جلوس وانتظار طويل..لم اصل الى جواب عن سؤالي...لا انصح بالتعامل مع بنك الامارات الاسلامي وقريبا سأغيره ..
