If you want to experience trickery and manipulation first-hand, deal with their sales team and get to your fitness goals right away! (of course while they milk you away with every fil you've got in any opportunity they get) I availed a month's membership and authorized (via WhatsApp message) the card payment which went through same day. So no papers, no signatures. Not even a month passed I stopped coming and to my surprise without a single heads-up, I was charged for another month without my authorization (my previous authorization states they can only charge on that day, not recurring). Apparently they have a document which makes them feel untouchable called Manual Key In which authorizes them to charge your card (like an SPA but it helps them get away with milking you out of your money). The flaw is, it can only be valid if it's actually signed by the authorizing body! Yet they signed it themselves, which in a legal sense is very questionable. To make it worse it is freely consented by the National Sales Manager. Talk about having each other's back right. This is just one of many unheard voices of consumers asking for a fair and just treatment. Please tell me this is not how this big brand was built. Untrustworthy. Manipulative. Exposed.
