Place is good very accessible to my place. But the service through phone is very unsatisfying. I dont feel welcome as a new student and the agent not so approachable and informative at the same time. I prefer to contact al quoz branch than in lulu al barsha. It could be better if the agent answering the calls have enough knowledge to handle customer service inquiries.
