❌ Not Recommended Unfortunately, my experience with CityMaids was very disappointing. The quality of cleaning dropped over time, tasks were rushed, and there was little attention to detail. Services were cancelled whenever it suited them, often at the last minute, with no replacement offered. Customer communication was poor, and concerns were not handled professionally. After reading many similar complaints, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue. There are much better cleaning companies in Dubai that offer reliable service, consistency, and proper customer care.
