Staff are friendly but I wonder why Hamleys should add extra 5 to 10 dirhams on all the toys, same item is 20 in other toy stores but in Hamleys you will find it for 25 or even more

The staff are always cheerful, even if you go just before closing time, the selection of toys for 2yrs kid is limited compared to other age groups

Never buy a toy from here because if it breaks or you loose the remote for example they don't bother helping you and just tell you we call you tomorrow and never do!
