I entered the store and it was very crowded, since there was buy one get one promotion. Allan gave me that eye contact and welcomed me with a nice smile, he was alone with one cashier, but he was able to take 5 orders at a time, and respond immediately to everyone of them. I sat trying some shoes, and every time he is checking on me, I was really impressed by observing him, he was working like a rubber and being helpful to all the customers in the store, and they were a lot.
