I ordered invitation cards and was told they would be ready by 12 PM the next day. When I arrived at 2 PM, they were not ready, and I was asked to come back in 20 minutes. I informed them that I was in a hurry, but since there was no parking available in the area, I had to drive around and returned after 20 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told to wait another 5 minutes. After those 5 minutes, the invitations were still not ready. Due to the rush, the lamination was done poorly, with wrinkles and cuts.
