I sent Money to my cousin From UK to Dubai this pay out partner. He already went 2 times to collect money but they have rejected to give money due to name issue however name is absolutely correct . They are absolutely unprofessional / ridiculous people they don’t know what they are doing. They are still holding my cousin money he is genuine and hasn’t done any unlawful act.
