Sales Agent : Karim You can have 100 years of experience in the trade, if you do not know how to communicate and advise customers on the pros and cons of their design, then you are absolutely no help at all. Youle Overseas Enterprises custom made me zebra blinds for my bedroom, however, the agent Karim did not use his experience to advise and clearly mention that regardless of colour or type of material, zebra blinds will never fully block out light in the bedroom. A customer will approach a company with their design in mind, it is the duty of the shop, traded professional to clearly use their advice to assist the customer, explaining details of the design on how it will work or not work. As professionals in the trade it is highly important to render advice, to communicate with the client. However I called sales agent Karim, notifying him of my concern, that it would have been professional to advise the customer that zebra blinds do not 100% block out light regardless of the material you choose and its not advisable for the bedroom. His response was that it is not his job to provide advice to customers. Karim, if you do not use your years of experience to render advice and communicate effectively, and have a professional opinion then you are no help to any customer, you will blindly custom make anything. Great product, very bad customer service.
