The people Houria and Darien are the rudest people ever. These women are not able to communicate, she said I do not know how to do my job. And when I said you are rude which was an honest expression she said I am rude. I am the customer here, there was no help provided all your people kept doing is calling and asking for more money and threatening to take it to the court. This is absurd when I asked this is how you treat the customers? I asked her I was not made aware what was to be done so please help me. She said, "This is not my job, it is not me to tell you how to do it. If you don't know how to do your job I can't help you". A very horrible experience over and over again. I wish I could give you no stars at all. Very poorly handled, I am so glad our business relationship is coming to an end. I hope Google posts this for everyone to see how badly you all treat customers and how your team Houria and Darien talk to the clients.
