I recently had a bad experience with pan-arabian management with harassment issue at office. Management was very unprofessional and created a hostile work environment. Management was also very careless when it came to dealing with suppliers, often not paying them on time or not paying them at all. This caused a lot of stress and disruption in the workplace. they have a policy that phones are not allowed in the office, if we take a one-day leave, we must provide a PCR test. This is completely unreasonable and discriminatory. It's not fair to expect people to take a PCR test just for taking a one-day leave & It's not fair to expect people to be without their phones for an entire day.

To say my bad luck I had to work in this company for one and a half month in last year, when I joined after interview went well. but you know one thing it's my worst work experience of my life from this company, Like a jail inmate till time & they like there are Unable to comply rules, and if this is not enough, all the employees must hear shouts and bad words from the management. I thought I should post this review when I left this company, but I was busy with in my job hunting.
