This is the only honest review you will find online for this service . This shop has came to my house made to upholster my sofa. Seemed good from photos and brought in the different types of fabric , of course all prices and meter requirement changed once he found out that we live at one of the higher end areas . After taking my furniture , he had sent me a picture of the chair to approve the work which was ok . He has then after completely changed the design of the sofa from 3 separate seats to attached seats . There was also damage in the alignment of the seats from top to bottom . I have called them back to come and see what can be done. They took away the sofas called me to check the work that was done on it. Yet the required work was simply to return the cushion to it is original design. Farid managing the shop started shouting at me and being quiet aggressive . I was truly afraid for my life being a woman alone with them. When I threatened to call the police they said ok let see how we can do the work . I had told him that the needs to redo the cushions to separate them , he agreed ay the end. He called me again and to check the work and non of the work required was done. This time I went with my husband , they were extremely violent and very aggressive towards us for asking for the work to be done properly . They were paid 3500 dhms to damage the original design of my Italian sofa. . Now they have my sofas at their shop along side the chair and all the work is damaged . Photos are after 3 days of usage
