Employees in this office of Fujairah are very unfairly. We rented a car from this office in January 2024 for 5 days period. The deposit of 2,500 dirhams was promised to be returned within 30–45 calendar days. In fact, on March 27, 2024, the deposit is not returned, they do not make contact, they rarely send messages with no useful information. Their standard answer: under process! They also lie about the supposed money being sent. We will contact the police with a claim. And we strongly don’t recommend this rental company named Autostrad!!
