I inquire about Korean skincare that would be good for the black under eyes, the owner (Old guy with botox) answered my inquiry but he doesnt seem to know the products and ingredients to offer to my issue, I told him I have dry skin and he was very dismissive with helping me. I end up not buying anything because he did not know the Korean products. Will never come back.
