Fair, fast, accurate and low cost. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I drive a Nissan Micra. There were some problems with the break, so I went to one of the major auto services in Dubai, where they told me there were many other issues and quoted me a total of almost 7500 AED to fix everything. Then went to Tornado, where they checked everything again, identified exactly what needed fixing and were fully transparent on costs and urgency. I ended up paying only 150 AED for the break fluid, which was the only thing to be urgently fixed. I took my car 3 times there since. They found parts at highly competitive prices and did the work either on the spot or within a day. Honest and professional people. Constantly explained what needs fixing, why and how long it would take to fix. Never took action without my approval.
