Its the best shop for car fans

We visited the shop today and it was horrible honestly, lady who was assisting us(if I can say so) was so unprofessional and rude, that I would never recommend to anyone to visit this store. We entered the shop and my husband asked if they have a small bags- we didn’t mention woman or man bag, we just wanted to see if they have a bag, directly she replied: No we don’t have. At the same time we saw by ourselves that next to cashiers area there is small wall with the bags, we went there and start looking at them, lady came to us and she told us that it’s a women bags, however the bag is a black color and we didn’t mention if we want women or man bag, she could’ve at least offer them to us. Then we asked her if it’s unisex bag, she replied that it’s up to you if you want to wear it. Really I can understand everything except when sales person on duty being meanie, rude and disrespectful to clients, who is willing to spend money in the shop. So company of the racetrack by having such an employee will loose sales, which I believe in this difficult time not a good impact. I believe people who is working in sales, should be more flexible. Previously my husband also purchased shoes from this store and the same lady gave him wrong size, so when he came back to exchange them she was again rude to him, by telling that he told her different size. The time we told he, that we even bz of her attitude throw the shoes, on what she start making sounds with her mouth and interrupting us to say that she doesn’t remember him. What a terrible experience it was. If sales people like Anahita was her name or Anita something like that, will work in other shops in Dubai I believe business of this companies where people like her will work will be closed.
