Not helpful with their customers. And doesnt want to give the number of their manager. Products are cheap but easily get damage. I've been giving them business by us buying in their shops for our company fleet and when we asked them to install it they refuse saying that management doesn't allow them to worked outside but then after sometime they instead want us to pay for AED 75/-. I don't know if indeed the Management won't allow them or the people from the shops wants to ripped us off. Either way, they are the worst customer service. Dubai Municipality should also looked inside the shops as it is cramped and disorganized, no social distancing once they're would be a 2-3 customers inside.
