I strongly do NOT recommend Bella Roma Hospital.If you value your time, money, health, and mental well-being — stay away from this clinic.I flew from Saudi Arabia to Dubai specifically for surgery. I paid 40,000 AED + tax for liposuction with fat transfer (BBL), performed by Dr. Dawood. I was promised a “Kim Kardashian technique” and skin tightening. I clearly showed the doctor reference photos of the body I wanted — a flat stomach with all excess fat removed and transferred to the buttocks.The reality was completely different.Right after the surgery, my stomach was still large, and my skin was sagging badly. When I questioned the result, Dr. Dawood told me this was “normal” and that everything would improve once the swelling went down. He advised me to eat more protein — which I did, along with maintaining a clean and disciplined diet.Six months later — nothing improved. My stomach remained big and saggy, and the fat transfer result was minimal.I was extremely disappointed. I flew back to Dubai to confront Dr. Dawood and discuss the poor results. However, he was not available, and I was seen by another doctor instead. After examining me, he told me I would need a second surgery — and offered it at a “discounted” price of 30,000 AED.It gets worse.The doctor checked my medical file and confirmed that there was NO record of any skin tightening procedure being performed — despite the fact that I was told and charged for it.That means I was misled This explains why my skin is sagging so badly. I was promised a procedure that was never done On top of that, my health significantly worsened after the surgery.spending even more money on doctors and medications In my opinion, this clinic prioritizes marketing over real patient care. They seem to focus on delivering good results only for promotional cases, while many other patients are left dissatisfied.I deeply regret trusting Bella Roma Hospital — and I strongly warn others not to make the same mistake.
