It was my first time at Belle Femme- Business Bay, I came with my sister and a friend. I had made the appointment a few days in advance and called twice to confirm the booking. The reception staff assured me that everything was confirmed. When I came into the salon, I was seated promptly and my hair was cut. I then asked my stylist about getting my hair colored and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said it could be done and proceed to color my hair. Half way through, another client of hers came and she left me to go color that other clients hair. So half of my hair was colored and the other half wasn’t. I asked her if somebody else could do it and she said that she would finish and come back to me. When my hair was dried the color was nothing like what I had wanted and she tried to convince me that the color she had chosen was better and “less orange”. This is not what I expected from such a highly acclaimed salon which has celebrity stylists. Also, I have contacted them via email, Instagram and now here but have not received a response- not something I would have expected from a "professional" establishment. Save your money and choose another salon!
