assolutamente NON NOLEGGIARE PRESSO QUESTO ESERCENTE. il deposito richiesto al momento del noleggio NON VE LO RESTITUISCE PIù. fortunatamente avendo parenti che vivono in Dubai dopo tre mesi sono riuscita a portare a casa i miei soldi: SONO DEI TRUFFATORI se ne approfittano dei turisti pensando che poi non tornano piu si tengono i soldi. Забронировал и оплатил Mazda , а привезли по факту другую китайскую geely. Но пришлось взять, т.к. уже оплатил и не было времени разбираться (на это и рассчитывали). После сдачи машины страховой депозит обещали вернуть через 3 недели, но так и не вернули. Когда прошло 1,5 месяца мы стали разбираться. Они постоянно смещали сроки , то не могли найти в базе, то еще что то. Прошло почти 3 месяца, мы до сих пор не можем получить деньги.Read more

Забронировал заранее, приехал, ничего не готово, ждал 2 часа, в итоге попросили оплатить картой, другого варианта не дали. Поехал за картой, вернулся и опять ожидание около часа, в итоге показали машину в хлам убитую, с грязными сидениями, ужасным запахом, решил брать что есть, так как авто нужно было срочно. Но в этот раз попросили оплатить по ссылке)))))))))))) такой возможности у меня нет, я так и ответил, на что услышал «там ждёт другой клиент, мы ему авто отдаем». В общем никому не советую, пустая трата времени, берут на слабо, за слова не отвечают, с такой огромной конкуренцией и такое поведение очень странно для меня)))Read more

Mr.Taher the accountant and the manager does not support the customers He made e.lock to the car while I am trying to pay the fine which is not payable online He took 3000 from me for the fine payment and now I am not able to pay the fine Mr Mubarak customer service took 3100 from me then after I saw the contract and the locations of the delivery I didn't accept He said it is already processed I will not cancel take the car you have no option The 800 free toll customer services hang up on me and they speak very little so the customer service is not well Mr.Amjad operation manager is perfect I had accident he handled very well If I you are living in Abu Dhabi never use the service if u are living in Dubai think twice. I am really disappointed with them except Mr.Amjad operation manager. If you are the owner of the business fire Mr. Taher and give them training.Read more
