No answer from the customer service for 15 days despote contacts with all means possible, my parcel just got retourner vu thé customs in the meantime (custom cost more that my order, not mentionnés on their website) and they tell me il thé first client to ever complain about that as an answer to my refund request. Si if you're in Europe dont order there and wheeever you are dont expect any customer service reply, and when they reply to you after 15 days, they great you like crap
