"One of their drivers ended up with my earbuds and seems to be happily roaming all over Dubai with them. I can track the location of the earbuds, so I know where he's staying. I even spotted him at a facility yesterday, thinking he might return them, but he didn't. I attempted to call their office, but they kept transferring me to their lost and found department, and no one answered, leading to disconnections. I tried calling again, but the same frustrating cycle repeated. They no longer answer my calls when I use a landline, and it's the same story when I use my mobile phones. They keep transferring me, and I end up nowhere. Their customer service has been disappointing, as they simply hang up on customers."
