Customer service training is required! When you are required to book a month in advance in this clinic and to show up on time you will be surprised doctor not available! Do they know mobile tech????

Don't book an appointment with Dr.Urlich.. You never know when he will have his emergency..Very disappointed with him and unprofessionalism of an admin staff.
