I am extremely disappointed with the way Al Tohid School handled a serious incident involving my younger brother. He was physically assaulted by another student — his hand was bitten, leaving deep bruises, and he was pushed so hard that his head hit the ground. Instead of supporting us, a staff member named Ms. Dorreh Shomal spoke to my mother in a very disrespectful manner. The next day, she even told my mother: “My reputation is more important than your child’s life.” This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and unacceptable in any educational environment. The school failed to take proper action and did not show any responsibility or care toward the safety of the students. No child should feel unsafe at school, and no parent should be treated this way when seeking help. I strongly advise parents to think carefully before choosing this school. Student safety and professional conduct should be a priority — unfortunately, that was not our experience.
