We had ordered over the phone before 9.30 pm. The delivery was received after an hour with few items missing. We informed them immediately and even after calling them more than couple of times to check the status, they had not sent the remaining items. Informed the person on the phone to check with the driver and call us back. They didn’t have the courtesy to call the customer back also and inform them the status. Finally, after midnight the remaining items reached our home. By that time, the main food had already become cold.
