It was Friday 3rd Oct’ around 5pm i was trying to get a handbag to gift someone so i stepped into MK store in Dubai mall to check out their collection. There was this female staff (fair with black long hair) who started yelling from behind that i will tell the price of the bag .. Without even greeting nothing she embarrassed me while i was just checking out the bag.. Is this the way you greet your customers i think they need training first basic etiquettes and customer service and rather stop being rude with everyone. Made me really disappointed that day so i prefer never to buy from that store! Pathetic staff and experience would never step into that store .. While another store i visited was Da Milano.. There was a very humble kind lady who was also pregnant .. she made her best effort to choose a good handbag..Eventually felt like going back and ended up buying with Da Milano and i think it made a lasting impression.. The first impression is always a lasting impression! Treat your customers as you would treat your friends or family.. Nor like a window shopper…Sometime if you behave and be polite and kind they might be the best loyal customer ! Thank you 🙏🏻
