Wanted to register my Emirates ID. As said in the SMS brought my original Emirates ID with me. But the customer service agent told me in a very unfriendly way that he can't register it as he needs the passport. I had been 3 times at the branches waited in total 2.5 hours for nothing. Horrible customer service and poor Informatiin. Online service sucks as I tried 4 times to register and it didn't work.. I regret that I must deal with this bank.
