Nice place to have a weekend or holiday, calm area, good rooms, but there's issue with a pool, when i was there, it was dangerous because the floor of pool was scratched and i almost injured my leg there

you need to change staff. very bad service. Receptionist was very rude. although we made quite a bit of money. I am an active tour operator who sends tourists to Dubai. came to see the hotel. it was the worst service! your employees don't even know how to say hello. all cheeky. train them. great never send tourists to your hotel🤬

The fridge is empty , When I Ask a taxi they cant find even they cant call I dont know why but the service is not good!
