Terrible experience with Al Areesh Club. After paying the Family membership to practice Basketball with my children. Very distressing to learn that they decided to remove the basketball court Without notifying the tenants and ignoring all their payed membership. It’s very disappointed that Al Areesh club team are ignoring all our communication despite Several emails asking them for refunding the membership fees due to their cancellation of the basketball activity. Too bad, instead of taking the responsibility and striving for refunding and satisfying their customers, they ignoring The complaint, trying to gain time till our subscription is expired. Worst experience, would never recommend them to anyone.
