Regret to inform that i had worse customer service experience, its not upto Dubai level where they trained you to even smile or get up from your seat to welcome customer. My experience was that i went to transfer my car on 20 Jan at 8PM and lady on counter number 13 (i wont take name) behaved very rudely, she told me you have fines on ur car i told her ok i will pay online bcs at that time i didn't have cash.she didn't say anything and once i finished in less than 30 seconds she suddenly told me to leave the counter and take another token, i was shocked, it was already late and i literally requested her alot and said plz plz but she said leave the counter and start misbehaving and start saying words, anyways i went to supervisor and that guy handled the situation and that 1 star is for him only and i appreciate his quick action and he sent me to another counter.i m dubai resident and i am disappointed for this kind of treatment.i can understand that something might bothered her but thats where the customer service starts otherwise just keep some computers and they will do better job.i suggest to give training and chance to young people which can tolerate and give better service.
