the only customer representative worth talking to in this company is Maricel from the Customer Service Department. I suggest never ever talk to a lady named Faiza. Very defensive and not worth being a customer service representative. this is as per my experience. Twice we called and she answered the line. She even told us to google whatever we are trying to enquire.
